No desserts, chips, bread, sugar, or flour. Trying to exercise 6 days per week to burn at least 250 cals per day. Also cutting food cals by at least 250 per day. Met with personal trainer for first time yesterday. Found out that if I lose 3 inches from my waist that I might qualify for a $125 discount per month on my medical insurance. Good incentive
