Hi everyone hope this Sundays is a good one fasting 18 hours and Sunday roast with a twist red rice steamed veggies yum will start cooking later on had fun yesterday with the little niece bless her ….
168.2 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
