One day’s poor meal choices… it’s like I’m not even trying. Feeling very frustrated.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the encouragement. In the moment, it’s hard to remember it’s just a setback and not the end of the road. Just means the journey will take a little longer.
