Weight reduction has slowed. At least it is still going down, even if it is slowly. Then again, the doctors say gradual weight loss is usually more long-term loss. I am being reasonable with the diet. I allow myself a treat, perhaps too often, but I don't want to get discouraged and quit.
I need to pick up the exercise. I'm going to make a concentrated effort to ride the recumbent bike every day. It's right by the bed for crying out loud. I have to step over it to go to the bathroom.
I hope the new CPAP settings and mask will increase my energy level by allowing me to get good quality sleep. Time will tell. I am feeling better. I am having fewer headaches and less severity with the pain.
I'm still ready to see the first digit on the scale be a "2" rather than a "3."
