average about 6 pounds of increase every diet cheat day. reminder to folks who are starting or thinking about diet cheat days. it takes 3-5 days for the weight to resolve from the cheat day. it is not fat, it takes far more time and effort to create that sort of quantity of fat.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
