good morning everyone! i'm back from my busy weekend with a 3 lb gain...now, i think a lot of it has to do with this weekend's menu...which pretty much was all salty foods...and a decent amount of alcohol. it was one of my first weekends with absolutely no plan whatsoever. now i see what can happen!</P><P>because of this gain, i've decided to change up my work snacks for the first time in forever! instead of popcorn and fiber one/kashi bars, i brought in a lot of fruit and yogurt! i'm hoping this will help me to lose these 3 lbs, get me back down to 166, and then continue on DOWN.</P><P>I'm not going to be discouraged by this gain! Who knows, maybe it'll fly off by Wednesday morning, but I'd rather be safe than sorry! Time to change it up! :)

Gina you are so strong! You will definitely see a drop, as early as tomorrow. Since you had so much sodium just drink a ton of water all this week. And great idea on the fruits. That will clean your system out fast. Good luck.
