Nice weigh in today. Going in the right direction. Hitting the gym hard today. Going on a fishing trip for steelhead. I figure I’ll be walking a lot.
258.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
