Today's rise in weight is the first that I have experienced and it's not comforting. I haven't been on for the last three or four days and well I suppose life go in the way this week but I'm back now and it's time to catch up.
308.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't worry about a little rise here and there. It happens and who knows why--water weight, muscle, scale. The important thing is not to beat yourself up over it. It happens to all of us. Just keep doing your best and try to get some exercise in--walking, esp. You will lose. I had two days like that this week and although I told myself not to be worried, while cringing inside--LOL--I realize that you have to live life and enjoy it, too :) Before I was doing it all the wrong way by eating the wrong foods and too much. I don't want to go the other way where I am unhealthy and unhappy. It's been to be in the middle, be happy and lose at an average rate.
