Thanks, its the 2 pounds I gained last week lol. I'll take it though. I ordered one of those bodyfat scales, its coming Monday. I am skeert to death!

I have a bodyfat scale - ya gotta be consistent about timing when you are looking at bodyfat since it is impacted by how hydrated you are and when you last exercised. Draglist (Bill) is an expert.

All loss is good Nic, as we all tell each other often...but it is the TRUTH...so celebrate those "two" that are now GONE...Thanks again for all that you share and all that you do to encourage ALL of us!!! :)

Good Lord! We were at the hospital all day Thursday, Ipad app stinks for FS. I hope you got your concessions lol. I would like to say you had shorts under there but unfortunately I remember those days.......in some ways we certainly were a heck of a lot freer then, eh? It was all about experiencing life. Too bad that message got lost.
