I'm dropping retained fluid today.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 89.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you !! Me too. I had 2 days of meals with too much salt, and gained a bunch of water weight. It's coming off, slowly, again,....:)
