After a few ups and downs its back on track . so a nice result and i'm off to the local theatre today to see Bram stokers Dracula , prior to that is my treat eat ( 2 pieces of fudge lol ) . have an awesome day everyone good luck with your eating plans and training plans :) . Lord I Dont want an abundance of wealth or fame - just a faithful woman or a scruffy dog , both / either must be a little warped and crazy though ;)

Well done on getting oomph n motivation. May I ask do you train at home or gym/ training facility. We’re you on meds for depression? The way you’re going , you’ll be easily sorted this side of Chrimbo🎄

Hi I currently train at the gym but have had great results training with exercise bands previously . The gym is more of a social aspect also learning to be more " human" 😂 I can't use anti depressants due to my " unusual personality " 😜🫠 a natural relaxant I've successfully used is L 5 Hydroxytryptophan .

@Himalayanqueen - so basically i used exercise to ease my mood along with 5HTP Ltheanine to stop my addiction to coffee from making me self ignite with nervousness / excitement :)
