About a month ago I was frustrated because I couldn't seem to get below 150. Now I can't seem to get below 148. 147 is my goal, revised from 145. Don't know if I can get to 147. Part of me thinks that I shouldn't let 1 pound, or 3, terrorize me because really, it is hardly anything. On the other had it would be nice to get to the roal. Revised or original.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You don't have much to lose, so its gonna take time to get it off. Eat healthy and get lot's of activity when you are able. Even when you get to goal, the scale will go up and down a few pounds. I'm sure you look amazing!!
