Fell back into unhealthy eating habits last week. Red wine, carb heavy food on the go and eating after 6pm.
Must make more of an effort this week and try to exercise.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's so hard to deal with bad habits! I think the first thing is to recognise that this is the case so, all good. You can do it :)
