Hi everyone invited out casual gathering girls night in home cooked food should be good … fasting and hoping not to over eat sticking with (1000.cal)
Second meal will pastrami sandwich from local bakery ( kosher of course )yum sending u all much love xxx
174.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
