Dinner was a disaster had a few bites I Burt it 🫣 so will have salad & salmon for supper
174.8 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I will do from now on I used to have fruit salad for supper but gained weight so now I don’t have fruit bread salad & protein is the new supper 😋
