Same wt for the last month. Happy with consistency however feeling somewhat frustrated that I’m unable to see a steady loss like before.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've broken a plateau with more protein and more activity. And maybe remember that as we get smaller, we need a bit less food overall.
