Wow...just a whole summer of eating and eating! And I had just determined that I would get really back to focusing on this when I get home and my mom tells me that Thursday is pizza night with my cousins! Holy cow. Well...starting to record today and will just do my best!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
