🫣😮‍💨No more weekends. They are hard to recover from. Also, too much wine after not indulging for a year and a half. It's definitely not good for weight loss.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
