I've hit a new low (I think), I don't really get it, It was a nice relaxing day at the beach. didn't really exercice, had some ice cream and other sweets. thought I would have gained some. but I guess not. anyways, today I'm heading to the gym again, it's raining (thank god we went to the beach yesterday and not today :p)
