Slept nearly 24 hours straight but for a couple hours here and there. Went to bed at 10 pm two nights ago and woke up at 10 am this morning. Arm is still sore but wayyyy better. Walked first time in 2 days and that helped. Now just have headache left. Such was the reaction to the shingles vaccine. Guess i know what to expect for the follow up shot in 2 months. Start back at gym a week from Tuesday after 10 weeks off per surgeons directive. My trainer reached out saying she was excited to have me back. Boy does she have her work cut out for her. I guess that means by default i do also.
132.8 lb Lost so far: 94.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

IM all fine now. Just a little more tired than usual but a-ok. Thank you shirfleur. Also, Feinstein seems like you. Pretty healthy and active minus a lil setback. 90 is maybe the new 66?
