I didn't do so well yesterday. I was off to a great start but my blood sugar dropped and during class I caved and had a bag of chips. The chips wouldn't have been awful but I had fancy sushi waiting for me at home. Sushi is a killer because it's so good you just keep eating it. Well today will be a better day!
132.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
