englishmys's Journal, 30 March 2015

I am starting, yet again, to try and lose some weight. Problem: I am 75 years of age and sedentary due to a bad back and neuropathy in my feet (no diabetes). To lose weight I have to use a lower calorie diet than usually recommended (1000-1100) since my age and lack of activity tends to reduce the number of calories burned. Is there a group of people my age with similar problems? I was a member of Weight Watcher for years and reached my goal (several times) but now I find that I cannot lose on their program.
