Writing, good news is my weight was low yesterday, bad news, I ate like crazy all day! I have an appointment with my nutritionist tomorrow…Hope I’m still low. I’ll weigh in morning.

Fritzy, Lol..you'd be surprised! I love Dunkin Donuts pumpkin donuts. (Only donut I like.) I ate a really fresh one and that was the start of my downfall...I grazed all day long! Today I will attempt to eat healthier...🩷Oceangirl, Im hoping you are right!🩷

I usually can resist donuts, but when I was working I would always give in when someone brought in Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. Don't think there's a Dunkin Donuts anywhere near me, a pumpkin donut might be worth trying
