overate all weekend, finishing up with a binge on sunday night - yesterday was a cleansing day - fasted until dinner, ate a small dinner followed by a brisk evening walk - today i start with a clean slate - recommitting to proper healthy meals - breakfast lunch and dinner - with just an occasional treat
127.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
