This is crazy. I don’t trust my scale anymore - time to replace it. I’ve worked hard so I hope the downward *trend* it shows is accurate; but these losses are ridiculous.

It’s not a bad idea to get a new scale, if only for a sanity check. But the fact that the number is steadily going down is a very good sign that you’re doing something right.
