So... this is what I get for 3 weeks in the Bahama's. Home now and today starts a new week for me will weight in again next Thursday and hope some of the extra is gone.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

3 weeks in the Bahamas and you only gianed 5lbs? I'd consider that "Winning". I think I gained 5lbs in 1 week trying to quit smoking. I'm sure the Bahamas were a much better experience and worth the catch up you're going to have to do now. LOL

Not bad for a vacation - you can drop it off once you go back to your regualr routine!

That's amazing for a 3 week vacation in the freakin' Bahamas! :D Seriously, I would have pigged out. Don't worry about it! I'm sure once you go back to your regular routine, you'll drop it in no time. And what's life without a little fun anyway? I couldn't live without enjoying food, as long as you're aware of your limit and don't let a little set back bring you down, you're good! :)
