another little drop in fat which is nice . upper body at gym today its heavy day so had a reasonable size first meal. holiday next week ( guaranteed to be rotten weather - just my luck ) take it easy everyone and good luck with your diets / life in general :)
159.7 lb Lost so far: 71.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
