Ok so this was a weird one , i decided to pull my refeed day a day forward and ate around 3000 kcals as opposed to the usual 1700 etc . i also ate later in the day but still woke up lighter , im not complaining wish i could eat that much everyday ;) . so today is supposed to be biceps /triceps and cardio later in day but cars in garage soooo cardio is cleaning house at high speed top to bottom and bis / tris will be self resistance or exercise bands , all good and a nice change . I believe passion about training in any way is as important as the training itself , if your passionate about it you ; push harder, always come back for the next session and make progress , consistency is key is most areas of life .
