weight after refeed , had around 3000 kcal so not the usual 5000 . reasonable nights sleep. still have doms in my legs from fridays extremely hard leg training . 1600 - 1700 kcal goal today . upper body then couple of miles gentle walking . Looking forward to holiday next week.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
