187.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

never mind... just think how bad things might be if there had been weeks of excess!!!

Didn't go over my rdi, not even on my birthday and finished the week with a 4000+ calorie deficit. Make it make sense 😢
