ok great diet cheat day. about a 6 pound gain. that's a biggie. let's see what i had just for archiving..........3 eggs, 3 slices white bread, pork sausage, lots of cheese this particular day, 2 bowls of cereal, 2 oatmeal raising frosting sandwich cookies, 4 beef and cheddar sliders, 1 reeses cup, onion rings, tater tots. and beer. big day. sunday is back on track day. love it.
