So, I know I haven't been the best at logging in lately, writing a journal entry, eating, or exercising, but things seem to be maintaining quite well. I do miss talking to everyone on here. I miss the way I feel after a great workout, eating a good meal, and just having an over all sense of a healthy lifestyle. That being said, Spring is upon us. The fruits and veggies at my local market are looking better each day, and I think my winter hibernation will soon be over. I am hoping that once the weather gets nicer the weight will melt off. I do have a doctors appointment this week. I have to go in to get my apnea checked on. I will probably have to do another CPAP sleep study, but I can't wait. The last one I did I had one of the most tremendous days ever. I slept fantastic and was more energetic in that day than I have been in a long time. I was wired. Hopefully I can get my insurance to cover it. That seems to be the big problem now. Hope everyone has a great day.
