PC day 5.
Had dinner at 12 am.
yesterday did physical work for 3-4hours and ate nothing still it was 75KG
@8:30pm 74.9kg
165.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
