damn i struggled yesterday , had a low calorie day 1500kcals plus resistance training bis and tris and cardio at end of day. Having a good eat today between 2000 and 2500 . Still aint got no woman still aint got no dog :( life is sounding like a blues song ! , on the plus side i lost a little weight lol . take it easy all.
so the 2500 kcals got an upgrade to 4300 kcals :) but dang i enjoyed it , 1800 again tomorrow until next wednesday.
