ok. wonderful trip. I felt like it did very well. ate out 2x rest of which I had my protein drinks. I still gained a little. but could be the salt in eating out. had 2 fish tacos for dinner one night. and yesterday I had an angus burger on a lettuce bun. but later had some Frozen yogurt with the kids while we where out shopping. we did so much walking I really thought was going to be ok. but as always. if I sway AT ALL I gain weight. no fries, no chips, no Mexican.. only thing that I did eat I feel I should not have was a package of peanut butter crackers. I was so hungry. with all the packing stuff around and running form one gym to another I really thought I needed a little something bc I was starving. Im back at to the same ole same ole today. im ok with only gaining a pound after a weekend away but makes me wonder how I will maintain. if I cant go off track a small amount with out a gain. how will I maintain.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You did fantastic and as long as you had a good time that is what counts. I am sure your kids had a great trip with you as well.

I can swing 3 to 5 lbs up or down over the course of a week or two. The median slope should be down or steady. I record often but look at the average.

Check, I can swing 3-5 pounds in a single day. My weight goes up at night, down over the morning, and back up in the afternoons. Don't sweat it. It probably is just salt. Restaurants use ridiculously large amounts of it. You'll probably be back down in a day or two.

gotta love auto correct. I weight in the am after ive gone potty. that way it should be pretty much the same everyday. and the same amount of clothing on. im am truly hoping it is salt. we will see. and yes gotta love auto correct. does it to me all the time.

You did wonderful! Water weight from that sodium will bog down the scale. You will flush it out quickly, no doubt!

I think I have problem with water weight as well. I very seldom put salt on anything. I bought some Corn Silk tablets last week & they seem to help me get rid of the water.
