Well I finally stepped on the scale today... I guess I have to restart from somewhere! My first goal is to make it to the gym 3-4 days a week. Second goal is to control my eating and prepare in advance. I think that is my down fall!
I would like to be down 6-8 lbs by my birthday which is in a month. It has been done in the past and can be done again :-)
162.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
