Slept for 14 hours. My body and mind feel completely charged up and healthy :D
170.9 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what u do to sleep that long, I fall asleep no prob but then couple hours later I'm awake for rest of the night just can't sleep its frustrating xx

heather, have you tried supplements? Magnesium or potassium? Or even something like valerian root? Check none of them will cause issues obviously lol, I am not a doctor

Will have a look thanks, I'm a woman of a certain age 😉 n insomnia is part of it when iv googled it, its not going to sleep its staying asleep, even when my husband is on nights n I can starfish it's still the same xx

I'm not far from that age myself 🤣 My mum and granny both swore by valerian root to help them sleep better, that's the only reason I know about it lol!

Not sure my messages are sending through on this frustrating app. But I take mirtazapine which helps me wind down for sleep and I’m only in my 20s but I need a lot more sleep than the average person (average ten hours a night) xx
