Lost one pound!!!!! YEAH!!!! Even having fish and chips (haddock) I still lost weight. Going out to dinner tonight for my birthday so I really need to watch calories!!!!! Waiting to hear from Deb as to when and where.




BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 129 AT 8:08 A.M.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
