sometimes you don't know if something will affect you or not until you try it. went off structure yesterday just for a large carnival pretzel with mustard. i guesstimated 500-600 calories. may have been more. so i adjusted overall based on a guess. So, could also have been much more sodium. either way......at this point, hard to discern cuz i know that i'm so low, in general, daily weight will be up and down more frequently than it would've been a year ago. oh well, just thoughts.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
