Michael-Anderson's Journal, 15 March 2015

I am getting closer and closer to the goal I have set. My true start weight being a few pounds different than that shown I have made some positive progress and I'm beginning to feel almost proud. I can sure see it when I walk, its a little taller and full of swag.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
