Michael-Anderson's Journal, 14 March 2015

I almost went to bed with out making this entry. Been feeling really sick late this evening, could have been that I used my free day of eating today. I'm not sure how to list on the food entry when I went out to a Chinese place an had only their meats and about two table spoons of rice? Didn't do much in the way of formal exercise today but will be getting back to the gym here in a day or two, finally found a partner to work out with--yeah! So this means more swimming and weight training along with the good ole tread mill, man I miss that guy. I joined a challenge finally and its going to be close this week. It is to loose 2 pounds a week for three weeks or 6 pounds total, I know in three weeks I can drop the six pounds no problem. I finally got my new bed today so I will be getting more restful sleep for a change, that is if I can get passed the insomnia. Well FS friends I bid you good night and may the will power Gods look favorably upon you all.
