Adjusted my goal weight down an additional 5 lbs. to 204.9.
I’m certain I need to add a few pounds of muscle after losing the fat. More painful working on the built back better than it was in my forty’s
I got my lab results via apple health app yesterday. So cool. My doctor doesn’t even know yet. Lowest triglycerides in twenty ish years (300) total cholesterol 219…. I’m happy.
