Considering I had a couple of bad days (2000 calories yesterday!) it's not as much of a gain as I expected. Going to have a roast dinner today, all the trimmings and start again tomorrow.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
