I am allowing myself one day a week to go out to dinner and just enjoy what I'm eating without strictly considering the fat content. I still eat healthier than I did before starting my lifestyle change, but on that one day, I get to eat a little less healthy!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
