thanks Jim! my weight has been strange. I am now tracking 4 weights daily - AM, post-workouts, mid-day, then evening. I go down all day from the AM weigh in. Going to keep tracking that for a week or two more and make some adjustments. For example, right now, I am one pound lighter after a very light 25 minute jog. Strange.

I'd guess the pound down after jogging is mostly water loss through evapration/ perspiration. I weigh once a day in the morning, just that drives me nuts sometimes.
