@lady 🤣…..I think exercising helped this week because 2 days out of the 7 I didn’t follow my diet 🤷🏼♀️

Exercise does actually help. I hope your dietary diversion was delectable 😆 I sort of came around to thinking of dietary side roads as longer routes to weight loss, with nice scenery, despite increased risk of getting lost. No longer a pass/fail thing.
