Doing better! Trying to follow about 1500-1700 calories & not eating a ton of carbs like I usually do. It's hard finding food that are low carb! In a way it's good for me because I'm forced to buy more fresh veggies. I do not eat a lot of fruit. Mainly because it spoils faster. On top of that the portions throw me off. For example one serving of a banana is half! To me it's a pain to store and an eye sore. I know that's silly....
Still breast feeding and 1500 doesn't seem to affect it.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Berries.... black, blue, strawberries and raspberries. All wonderfully low in carbs, or at least much lower then most fruits.
