That was an accident. Between a tough gym workout and vigorous beach volleyball training, I guess I burned more calories than I could eat. I don't recommend this approach since my body feels like trash today. In general, exercise can rarely cause weight loss without calorie deficit. But, I think I can safely say that beach volleyball is an exception. Burns 2000+ calories in a few hours and aches and pains for another 24+.
134.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
