I didnt even weigh in last week. It was my anniversary and me and my husband kind of pigged out! So this week I started walking home from work 3miles in 50mins! This has to work. i'm not very consistent so i figure if i'm forced to walk home i'll get my workout in.We'll see what happens.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
