My weight stayed the same this past week, which is now really frustrating me. I didn't eat ANY Atkins treats/bars/shakes this last week nor any sugar free jello, and I lowered my calories, which the previous week had averaged out to about 1600 or so. This last week they averaged at 1308 calories. I need to figure out what I need to do. It doesn't seem that the Atkins treats or sugar free jello or calories make any difference.
182.4 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You might not be in ketosis, since cutting back on Atkins products.

Yup. Ate off plan last night and some today. Frustration is beating me some, and some emotions. I'll reign it in tomorrow.
